Terms & Condition

• Cost of Loyalty Card is Rs. 500/- (Amount will be adjusted against the waiver) for minimum billing of Rs. 2000/- for Pathology & Rs. 1000/- for Radiology
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/s of Scientific Pathology.
• This card needs to be presented at the time of availing the waiver under Health Investigation purpose only.
• This card is valid at all Scientific Pathology company owned labs. For more details call 0562-42-555-55 or log onto www.scientificpathology.com
• This card is valid for one year, time duration will be mentioned at the time of Billing.
• Lab reserves the right to terminate this scheme or any individual card, at any point in time without prior intimation
• This scheme shall be applicable only on the individual tests and cannot be used with the corporate and other tests packages of Scientific Pathology.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Not use for medico legal purpose.
• This card is the property of Scientific Pathology and shall be returned to Lab in case found by any third person other than the user
• In case the card is lost or misplaced the user can not apply for the new card.

Family Privilege Card Scheme

Terms & Condition

• Family persons are included only not relatives.
• List of Family persons shall be included as per on ration card details.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/s of Scientific Pathology.
• This card needs to be presented at the time of availing the waiver under Health Investigation purpose only.

Cost of citizen plus Privilege card is Rs. 500/-

Introducing the citizen plus Privilege card from Scientific Pathology, Agra

A privilege card for seniors over 55 years of age.

• 20% discount offer on every visit (T&C Apply*)
• Card benefits available at any center or other owned labs of Scientific Pathology.
• One year validity of the PREVILIEGE CARD after issue on every visit.
• Renewal policy will be applicable after expiry of the card from Corporate Head Office Hari Parwat Agra.
