Step - 1:

Your reports will be available online for a period of 7 days from the date given on your receipt. Beyond that period, you can get in touch with your lab for a copy of the report.

Step - 2 :

Dear Customers please note to avoid inconvenience: Online reports cannot be accessed for partial or unpaid payments.

• In the ID No.' field enter your patient ID no.
• In the 'Password' field enter your password which is mentioned on your receipt.
• Click on 'ok' button to access your report.
